Advisory

Our end-to-end advisory and implementation support is designed to enable and empower the execution of sustainable (in every sense of the word) solutions.

Services include situational analysis, alignment (present and future), applied research, procurement, governance and supply chain management, impact assessments, education and training, practical resources and toolkits, goal-setting assistance and performance measurement systems.

Blueprints

We help transition to sustainable production and consumption models by developing blueprints (also called roadmaps and pathways). This work includes: deep thinking to address root causes, futures thinking (including foresight, horizon scanning and trend analysis) redefining value propositions and utilisation of circular economy principles (and broader sustainability frameworks).

As systems architects, we also help identify and understand the inter-connections and dependencies across the broader ecosystem. Nothing makes us happier than identifying and activating leverage points to bring about significant change!

We help to expand imaginations about what is possible. We do this by building an understanding, and assisting with developing communications, of how internal decisions connect and contribute to broader industry transformation.
